Kindred is published by Chaos Restrained, LLC. This policy explains, in plain English, what happens to your information when you use the Kindred app and this website.

The short version

We do not collect, store on a server, or share any personal data through Kindred. On the App Store, the app's privacy label is "Data Not Collected". There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Your game and settings

Your game progress and settings are stored on your device. If iCloud is turned on, your progress may sync between your own devices through your private iCloud account. That data is held by Apple under your Apple Account, and we cannot see it or access it.

In-app purchases

Any in-app purchase is processed by Apple. We receive no payment details and no personal details about you.

Crash reports

Crash and diagnostic reports reach us only if you have opted in to share them with developers through your Apple device settings. Apple provides them to us in anonymised form. If you test a beta through TestFlight, Apple shares crash reports and any feedback you send with us, along with the name and email address you were invited with.

This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics. The web server keeps standard access logs (your IP address, user agent and the page requested) for operations and security.

Children

We do not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page with a new effective date.
